The Netherlands 1

Rest of Europe 2-7
United States 4-9
Australia 6-12

In some cases, especially for far away or difficult to reach destinations it can take up to 25 days. See this document for the expected delivery times for PostNL.

We will only act on lost/delayed packages after 7 days or twice the expected delivery time, whichever is longer.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you can legally import any products sold on this webshop.

Import Fees

For customers outside of the European Union only.

Import duties, tariffs and/or taxes might be applied by your local customs office.

It is your responsibility to pay these fees and any fees associated with them (administration fees, etc). If you choose not to pay these fees the package will be shipped back to us, after which you may receive a partial refund (see below).

Undelivered Packages

For customers outside of the European Union only.

Packages are shipped through PostNL. After the package has entered your country, your local postal service will take over for delivery. It is impossible for us to take all variables into account when shipping worldwide. For this reason, the following conditions apply regarding undelivered packages (unless they were undelivered due to a fault on our end):

  • Packages are considered delivered when the postal service states it has been delivered
  • Packages returned to us can result in a partial refund (see below), this includes packages returned due to:
    • Wrong/non-existent address
    • Package rejected at the door
    • Packages not picked up at pickup point
    • Import fees not paid
    • Packages rejected by customs
  • Lost packages will result in an attempt by the postal service at tracking it down (after some time has passed). No refunds will be given for packages that cannot be found, this includes lost packages due to:
    • Loss in transit in the destination country
    • Theft

If you do not trust you local postal service you can contact us before placing an order to:

  • Inquire about alternative shipping methods
  • Insure the shipment

Packages Rejected by Customs

All packages will follow standard international shipping practices:

  • Filled in shipping label
  • Filled in CN22 or CN23 form
  • Attached commercial invoice

Some customs agencies can reject packages for no discernible reason. If this happens to your package, you will only receive a partial refund, see below. It is your responsibility to check if any further requirements have to be met, in which case, contact us before placing an order.
If alternative shipping methods are more succesful or preferred, contact us before placing an order.

Partial Refunds for Undelivered Packages

If a package has been returned to us because it was undelivered, you have 2 options:

  • Reship the package: You will have to pay for this shipment and any additional costs incurred by the return shipment.
  • Get a partial refund: You will get a refund of the total you paid, minus the shipping cost and any additional costs incurred by the return shipment.
